QHow does the drop shipping model work on Rudrr.com?
When you place an order on Rudrr.com, your order details are securely shared with our vetted supplier or warehouse partner. The partner prepares, packs and ships the item directly to your delivery address. This model lets us offer a wide range of products at competitive prices with global coverage.
QWhere are Rudrr.com products shipped from?
Products may be shipped from different locations depending on the supplier. This can include India, other Asian hubs, Europe or the United States. The origin can affect delivery times and customs rules, especially for international orders.
QAre all products sold and fulfilled by Rudrr.com?
Products are listed on Rudrr.com and sold to you by RUDRRIV SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Many items are fulfilled by independent third party suppliers as part of our drop shipping network. We monitor supplier performance and quality, but the actual packing and dispatch may be done by the supplier, not by Rudrr.com warehouses.
QDo you have a physical store?
No. Rudrr.com is an online only store. This lets us operate efficiently, source globally and pass better pricing to customers through our digital platform.

QHow do I place an order on Rudrr.com?
Browse products, choose your size or variant, click Add to cart and proceed to checkout. At checkout you will enter your shipping address, review your order, choose a payment method and confirm. Once payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
QCan I review my order before confirming payment?
Yes. The checkout page displays product details, quantities, prices, applied discounts, shipping fees and estimated tax if applicable. You can edit your cart before completing payment. Once the order is confirmed and forwarded to the supplier, changes may not be possible.
QWhat payment methods do you accept?
Payment options may include major credit and debit cards, UPI and other local gateways supported by Shopify Payments or third party processors. Available methods can vary by country and currency and are shown at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
QIn which currency will I be charged?
Orders are usually charged in the primary display currency shown at checkout, for example INR for customers in India. If you browse in a different display currency, your bank or card provider may convert the final charge into your home currency and may apply a foreign transaction fee.
QAre taxes, customs or import duties included in the price?
Product prices shown on Rudrr.com generally do not include customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees that may be charged by your country. QWhat happens if my payment fails?
If payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. You can try again using a different card or method, check with your bank for authorization, or wait a few minutes and retry. If you see a charge without an order confirmation email, contact us at support@rudrr.com with your transaction reference.
QCan I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to our suppliers quickly for fulfillment. If you need to cancel or change an order, please email support@rudrr.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to assist, but once the supplier has processed or shipped the order, cancellation may not be possible and the normal returns process will apply instead.
QDo you allow bulk purchase or resale ordering?
Rudrr.com is primarily intended for personal and household use. By placing an order you confirm that you are not purchasing for resale, export or commercial distribution, unless we have agreed in writing. Large or repeated orders may be reviewed for potential misuse or fraud.
QHow long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the product, supplier location and destination country. Typical estimates are shown on the product page or during checkout, for example 7 to 15 business days for international deliveries. These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
QWhy do some items in my order ship separately?
If your order contains items from different suppliers or warehouses, each supplier may ship their part of the order directly. This means you might receive multiple packages and tracking numbers for a single order.
QWill I receive tracking information?
In most cases, once a supplier dispatches your item, a tracking number will be generated and shared with you by email or in your account. Tracking visibility can vary by carrier and destination, especially for certain postal services or remote regions.
QWho is responsible for delays in shipping?
We work closely with suppliers and carriers, but certain factors are outside our control, such as customs inspections, weather, strikes, pandemics, or local delivery constraints. Rudrr.com is not liable for such delays, although our support team will help you track updates and coordinate with the carrier as needed.
QWhen does the risk of loss transfer to me?
Once we hand over your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss generally pass to you, subject to mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. This is explained in our Terms of Service and Shipping & Returns Policy. You should ensure that you provide a safe, correct delivery address and monitor tracking updates.
QWhat if I entered an incorrect or incomplete address?
Please contact us immediately if you realize that your address is incorrect. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will try to correct the address with the supplier. If the order has already shipped and is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping charges may apply, or the package may be returned or discarded by the carrier, depending on local rules.
QWhat should I do if my package is lost or shows as delivered but I did not receive it?
First, check with household members, neighbors and your building security or reception desk. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number. We may open a carrier investigation. Resolution depends on the result of the investigation and carrier policies, so it can take some time to complete.
QWhat is your return window?
We typically offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions such as product condition, packaging and category. QHow do I request a return or replacement?
Contact us at support@rudrr.com with your order number, photos of the product and a brief description of the issue. Do not ship the item back before receiving instructions, since return addresses can differ by supplier and country.
QWho pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage on arrival or incorrect item shipped, we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, or provide an alternate solution such as a free replacement. For returns due to change of mind, wrong size ordered or other non defect reasons, return shipping is usually the responsibility of the customer.
QWhich items are non returnable?
For hygiene, safety or regulatory reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, such as intimate wear, certain beauty products, perishable goods or personalized and custom items. Any such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page wherever possible and in our policy pages.
QHow long will my refund take?
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days to your original payment method. Bank or card processing times can vary by provider and region.
QCan I exchange for a different size or color?
In some cases, exchange options may be available if the supplier stocks the requested size or color. Where direct exchange is not possible, we may suggest a return followed by a new order. Exchange availability depends on inventory and supplier rules.
QWhat if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please take clear photos or videos of the packaging and the product and contact us within a reasonable time from delivery, ideally within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the supplier to provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund or other suitable resolution in line with our policies and local consumer law.
QWhy does the product look slightly different from the photos?
We try to display items as accurately as possible, but colors and appearance can vary due to lighting, photography and screen settings. Slight differences in shade, pattern placement or packaging may occur and do not always indicate a defect.
QHow do I choose the right size for clothing or shoes?
Many fashion items include size charts provided by the supplier. We recommend checking your measurements against the chart instead of relying only on your usual size number. If the product is labeled in Asian or EU sizing, it may run smaller or larger than your local standard, so always refer to the measurements in centimeters or inches.
QCan I get more details about materials and specifications?
Product pages include details shared by our suppliers, such as fabric composition, material type, capacity, dimensions and technical specifications. If something seems unclear, you can contact us with the product link and we will try to obtain additional information from the supplier where possible.
QWhy are packaging and branding different for some items?
Many products come directly from third party suppliers or manufacturers and may carry their own brand name or neutral packaging. Some items may not display Rudrr.com branding. This is common in drop shipping and does not affect the authenticity or usability of the product, as long as it meets the described specifications.
QCan you notify me when an item is back in stock?
For some products, you may see an option to sign up for restock notifications or email alerts. Because we work with multiple suppliers and dynamic inventory, not all out of stock items are guaranteed to return. If an item is critical for you, we recommend checking back periodically or exploring similar alternatives on Rudrr.com.
QAre all products original and authentic?
We aim to work only with reliable suppliers and manufacturers, and we expect them to supply genuine and compliant products. If you have any concern about authenticity or product quality, contact us with photos and details. We will review the case with the supplier and take appropriate action.
QDo I need an account to place an order?
In many cases, you can check out as a guest, but creating an account gives you an easier way to track orders, manage addresses and view order history. Certain promotions, wishlists or loyalty features may require an account.
QHow do I create a Rudrr.com account?
Click on the account icon or Sign up link on Rudrr.com, provide your name, email address and a secure password, then confirm. You may receive a verification email to activate your account before you can use all features.
QI forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot password option on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact support@rudrr.com.
QHow is my personal data used and protected?
We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including for order processing, customer support, fraud prevention, marketing and improving our Services. Rudrr.com is powered by Shopify, which also processes certain personal data for hosting, analytics and payments. QCan I change my email address, shipping address or phone number?
Yes. After logging in, you can update your profile and saved addresses. Changes will apply to new orders. For an order that has already been placed, modifications are limited, so please contact support as soon as possible if you notice an error.
QHow do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
You can click the Unsubscribe link in any promotional email to opt out, or adjust your email preferences in your account settings if available. You may still receive transactional messages related to your orders, such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
QDo products on Rudrr.com come with a warranty?
Warranty coverage depends on the product type and supplier. Some items may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty which will be mentioned on the product page or in the package. Where no warranty is specified, products are generally provided without an additional Rudrr.com warranty, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction. QHow do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us at support@rudrr.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the information and coordinate with the supplier or manufacturer. Because many products are fulfilled by third parties, the final decision and remedy may depend on the supplier warranty terms.
QWhat remedies are available under a warranty?
Depending on the product and supplier, possible remedies can include repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund. The available remedy will depend on the nature of the defect, time since purchase, stock availability and applicable law or warranty terms. Our goal is to work with you and the supplier to find a fair resolution.
QWhat is not covered under warranty?
Warranty generally does not cover damage due to misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect function, or issues arising from incorrect installation or handling. These limitations are explained in our Warranty Policy and often in the manufacturer terms for specific products.
QWho should I contact first, Rudrr.com or the manufacturer?
In most cases, you should contact Rudrr.com first, especially if the purchase was made recently. We will let you know whether the claim should be handled directly with the manufacturer or will be processed through our support team and supplier network.
