Terms of Services
Terms of Services
1. Overview
These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Rudrr.com regarding your access to and use of our website, online store and related services. The expressions Rudrr.com (the “Website”), which is operated by RUDRRIV SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The expressions “you” and “your” refer to any person who accesses, browses or uses the Services, whether or not that person creates an account or completes a purchase.
For purposes of these Terms of Service, the term “Services” includes our website, online storefront, content, features, tools, customer support, ordering and payment functionality, and any other services that we make available through Rudrr.com.
1.1 About Rudrr.com and our Services
Rudrr.com is a global online destination designed to deliver exceptional value, style and quality across diverse lifestyle categories. Our catalogue may include, without limitation, products in Women’s Clothing, Men’s Clothing, Home, Garden & Furniture, Health, Beauty & Hair, Jewelry & Watches, Bags & Shoes, Toys, Kids & Babies, Sports & Outdoors, Consumer Electronics, Kitchen & Home Improvement, Automobiles & Motorcycles, Phones & Accessories and Computer & Office.
We also curate themed and seasonal collections intended to inspire gifting choices, such as Top Christmas Gifts for Her, Christmas Gifts for Kids, Top Birthday Gifts for Her, Birthday Gifts for Kids, Housewarming Gift Ideas and Self Care & Wellness Gifts. These links are provided for your convenience and do not limit the scope of products that may be offered from time to time on the website.
By using our Services you acknowledge that product availability, pricing, descriptions and collections may change at any time without notice. The inclusion of any products or collections on the website at a particular time does not guarantee that such products or collections will be available at all times.
1.2 Drop-shipping fulfilment model
Rudrr.com operates primarily on a drop-shipping fulfilment model. This means that many of the products offered on the website are stocked, packaged and shipped directly by independent third party suppliers, manufacturers or wholesalers rather than being stored in a warehouse owned by Rudrr.com.
While we carefully select and onboard these suppliers, they are independent businesses and are not employees, agents or joint venturers of Rudrr.com. We act as an online storefront and order facilitator. You place your order and make payment on Rudrr.com, and we then instruct the relevant supplier to fulfil your order.
As a result of this fulfilment structure.
- Your order may be split and shipped in multiple parcels from different locations.
- Delivery times can vary between items in the same order.
- External packaging, invoices or inserts may identify the supplier, manufacturer, logistics partner or a related entity instead of Rudrr.com.
- Product instructions, labels or documentation may appear in different languages depending on the country of origin of the goods.
We do not manufacture the products listed on the website, and we do not provide any additional warranty beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms of Service and in our Refund & Return Policy. Responsibility for physical handling of goods, packaging and dispatch lies with the third party supplier, and responsibility for transport lies with the carrier once the products have been handed over to that carrier, as described in the Shipping section of these Terms.
1.3 Relationship with Shopify
Rudrr.com uses Shopify as its e commerce platform provider. Shopify supplies the online shopping cart, payment processing integrations and certain technical infrastructure that support the operation of the Services.
All purchases that you make on Rudrr.com are sales made directly between you and Rudrr.com. Shopify is not a party to your transaction and is not responsible for product descriptions, pricing, order acceptance, shipping, returns, refunds, customer support or any other commercial obligation owed to you. By using the Services you acknowledge that Shopify has no liability to you arising from or relating to your purchases or interactions with Rudrr.com, as further described in the dedicated Shopify relationship section of these Terms.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information about your use of the website will be processed by Shopify in accordance with its own privacy policy, in addition to our Privacy Policy. Further details are set out in Section 10 of these Terms.
1.4 Incorporation of other policies
These Terms of Service work together with and incorporate by reference the following additional policies, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and Rudrr.com.
- Our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.
- Our Shipping Policy, which explains processing times, delivery options, estimated timeframes and relevant responsibilities.
- Our Refund & Return Policy, which explains when and how you may request a return, exchange or refund.
- Any other policy or notice that we publish on the website and expressly state is part of the Terms or is legally binding on users of the Services.
In the event of any direct conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific policy dealing with a particular subject, the more specific policy will usually apply to that subject matter, except where the contrary is expressly stated.
1.5 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing or using any part of the Services you confirm that you.
- Have read and understood these Terms of Service and all incorporated policies.
- Agree to be legally bound by them.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your place of residence.
If you do not agree with these Terms of Service or with any policy that is incorporated into them, you must not use the website, create an account, place an order or otherwise access the Services.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms of Service and that all references to “you” and “your” in these Terms apply to both you personally and to that entity.
1.6 Changes to these Terms
We may update, modify or replace these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business model, in applicable laws, in our use of suppliers and carriers or in the functionality of the Services. When we make material changes we will post the updated Terms on this page, update the “Last updated” date at the top of this section and, where required by law, provide additional notice, for example by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the website.
Unless a different effective date is stated in the notice, the updated Terms will take effect when they are posted on the website. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect will constitute your acceptance of those revised Terms. If at any time you do not agree to the then current version of the Terms of Service, you must stop using the Services and, if applicable, close your account.
2. Eligibility, Access and Customer Accounts
By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section and agree to provide accurate information when creating or managing an account. 2.1 Age of Majority and Capacity to Contract
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the express consent and direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
You further represent that you have the full legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement with Rudrr.com and to comply with all obligations set out in these Terms of Service.

2.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide only true, current and complete information when creating or managing your account or completing a transaction. You further agree to update your information promptly if it changes, including:
- Email address
- Billing information
- Shipping address
- Payment details
Rudrr.com is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, misdirected or delivered incorrectly as a result of inaccurate or outdated information provided by you. You are solely responsible for any fees, losses or consequences arising from inaccurate account or order information.
2.4 Account Security and Responsibility for Activity
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow others to access your account.
You agree that:
- You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

- You will take reasonable steps to secure your devices and access credentials.

In cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice.
2.5 Prohibition on Transfer, Sale or Sharing of Accounts
Your account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, licensed or assigned to any other individual or entity. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow any third party to use your account to access the Services.
Any attempt to transfer or sell an account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the account, cancellation of pending orders and refusal of future service. Rudrr.com reserves the right to reclaim usernames or accounts that violate trademark rights, impersonation rules or other legal guidelines.
If you require organizational or multi-user access, you must contact our support team for approval before creating such accounts. Unauthorized group use of a single account is not permitted.
3. Description of Services and Drop-Shipping Model
This section explains the nature of the Services provided through Rudrr.com, including how our online store operates, how orders are fulfilled through a drop-shipping model and the limits of our responsibility in relation to third party suppliers and inventory availability.
3.1 Nature of Rudrr.com as an online marketplace style store
Rudrr.com provides a digital platform that allows you to browse, discover and purchase a wide range of lifestyle products across categories including, but not limited to, Women’s Clothing, Men’s Clothing, Home, Garden & Furniture, Health, Beauty & Hair, Jewelry & Watches and Consumer Electronics, as well as curated gift collections such as Top Christmas Gifts for Her and Housewarming Gift Ideas.
The Services include the presentation of product listings, images and descriptions, the provision of a secure checkout environment, order placement, payment processing through Shopify and integrated payment providers and coordination with third party suppliers for order fulfilment.
While Rudrr.com curates and organises the products and collections that appear on the website, the physical goods you purchase may be sourced, stocked and shipped directly from independent third party suppliers or manufacturers. Rudrr.com does not operate as a traditional retailer with a single central warehouse and does not provide in person shopping or collection facilities.
3.2 Drop-shipping fulfilment model . orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers
Rudrr.com operates primarily on a drop-shipping fulfilment model. Under this model, when you place an order on the website and your payment is successfully processed, we transmit your order details to one or more third party suppliers who then prepare, package and dispatch the products directly to the shipping address you provide.
These third party suppliers may be located in different regions or countries and may operate under their own local business names. They are independent contractors and are not employees, partners or joint venturers of Rudrr.com. Our role is to provide a convenient online shopping interface, collect payment on your behalf and coordinate the order with the relevant supplier.
Because multiple suppliers may fulfil different items in the same order.
- Items in a single order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
- Tracking numbers may differ between items and may originate from different carriers or logistics partners.
- Estimated delivery windows will vary based on the location of the supplier, the selected shipping method and customs processing where applicable.
Further information on shipping timeframes and logistics is provided in our Shipping Policy.
3.3 No guarantee of inventory or availability
Product listings on Rudrr.com are based on inventory data and availability information provided by our third party suppliers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the website reflects current availability, we cannot guarantee that every product displayed will be in stock or available for immediate dispatch at the time you place your order.
You acknowledge and agree that.
- Products may sell out or become unavailable at short notice, even after you have added them to your cart.
- There may be delays in updating stock information on the website due to time zone differences or data synchronisation.
- We may need to cancel part or all of an order if the supplier is unable to fulfil it, even after payment has been authorized or captured.
If an item you ordered is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time, we will normally notify you using the contact details you provided at checkout and may, at our discretion.
- Offer an alternative product of similar value where appropriate, or
- Cancel the affected part of your order and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Rudrr.com is not liable for any indirect loss or inconvenience caused by lack of stock, discontinuation of a product or inability of a supplier to fulfil an order, beyond refunding amounts paid for items that cannot be supplied in accordance with these Terms and our Refund & Return Policy.
3.4 Differences in packaging, branding and country of origin
Because products may be shipped directly from third party suppliers in different countries, the physical appearance of your order upon arrival may differ from the way it appears on the website. This may include differences in external packaging, branding, labelling, inserts, manuals or language used on the product or packaging.
Without limiting the generality of the above.
- Outer packaging may show the name or branding of the supplier, manufacturer, logistics partner or marketplace exporting the goods.
- User manuals, safety instructions or care information may be provided in English or another language, depending on the country of origin.
- In some cases, products may be shipped in basic protective packaging instead of retail display boxes, particularly where this reduces shipping cost and the risk of damage in transit.
Country of origin information is usually provided by the supplier and may appear in the product description or on the packaging itself. While we ask suppliers to provide accurate details, Rudrr.com does not independently certify the country of origin of each item and relies on supplier representations in this respect.
Minor variations in packaging or presentation that do not affect the core function of the product will not normally constitute grounds for a claim of misdescription or a return outside of what is permitted in our Refund & Return Policy.
3.5 No endorsement or warranty of third-party suppliers
Rudrr.com selects and onboards third party suppliers with the aim of offering a diverse range of products at competitive prices. However, the inclusion of a supplier’s products on the website does not constitute a legal partnership, endorsement or guarantee by Rudrr.com of that supplier’s business, brand or product line.
Except where expressly required by applicable law or otherwise stated in these Terms.
- We do not provide any separate warranty on behalf of third party suppliers.
- We do not guarantee that a supplier will continue to offer a particular product, variation or price.
- We are not responsible for the independent representations or external marketing materials of suppliers outside the Rudrr.com platform.
Any manufacturer warranties, quality assurances or after sales support that may accompany a product are provided by the manufacturer or supplier, subject to their own terms and conditions. Your statutory rights, if any, under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction are not excluded by these Terms where such exclusion would be unlawful.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudrr.com’s role in relation to third party suppliers is limited to providing the online platform, processing your payment as merchant of record and coordinating the transmission of your order to the relevant supplier. Our liability in relation to products sourced from third party suppliers is limited as set out in the Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability sections of these Terms of Service.
4. Product Information, Descriptions and Availability
This section explains how product information is presented on Rudrr.com, including images, descriptions, pricing and availability. It also clarifies important limitations related to visual display, personal expectations, regional restrictions and potential errors or omissions in product data.
4.1 Product images, colours and display limitations
We aim to present products as accurately as possible through photographs, mockups and descriptive text. However, you understand and agree that the way products appear on your screen can be influenced by factors outside our control, including:
- The size, resolution and type of your device screen.
- Your display settings, brightness and colour calibration.
- Your operating system, browser and any visual enhancement features.
As a result.
- Colours, textures and finishes may appear slightly different in person compared to how they appear in product photos.
- Scale and proportion may appear different depending on how images are cropped or displayed on your device.
- Decorative items shown in images for styling or context may not be included in the purchase unless explicitly stated.
Unless otherwise indicated, images are for illustrative purposes only. You should always refer to the written product description, specifications and size information to understand what is included in your order.
4.2 Non guarantee that items will meet personal expectations
Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided to help you make an informed purchasing decision. However, individual preferences and expectations can vary. Rudrr.com cannot and does not guarantee that every item will meet your personal tastes, subjective expectations or specific use cases that are not clearly described in the product listing.
Without limiting the generality of the above.
- We do not guarantee that a product will match your existing furniture, clothing, décor or accessories.
- We do not guarantee a particular emotional response, level of satisfaction or gifting outcome.
- We do not guarantee that a product is suitable for a purpose that is not described in the listing or that has not been communicated to us in advance and confirmed in writing.
If your dissatisfaction relates to personal preference rather than a clear defect or misdescription, any return or exchange will be handled strictly in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, including any applicable restocking fees or conditions.
4.3 Modifications, discontinuation or limitation of products
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
- Modify or update product descriptions, specifications, colours or designs.
- Change the price of any product or apply promotional pricing for a limited time.
- Discontinue any product, variation, size, colour or bundle.
- Limit the quantities of any product available for sale to any individual, household or account.
- Restrict sales of certain products to specific geographic regions or jurisdictions.
These decisions may be based on supplier availability, quality control, legal or regulatory requirements, safety considerations, demand patterns or internal business considerations. We may exercise these rights on a case by case basis.
If a product you have already ordered is modified or discontinued before shipment, we will normally either honour the existing order as placed, offer an alternative or cancel the affected item and issue a refund, at our discretion and in line with applicable law and our Refund & Return Policy.
4.4 Errors, inaccuracies and omissions in product data
While we and our suppliers make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date, occasional errors or omissions may occur. This may include, for example.
- Typographical errors in titles, descriptions or specifications.
- Incorrect images or mismatched image variants.
- Inaccurate pricing, promotional details or discount information.
- Missing or outdated information about stock levels, sizes or colours.
We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website or related to the Services is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice, even after you have submitted your order or your payment has been processed.
If we cancel an order or a portion of an order due to an error in product data or pricing, we will issue a refund for the affected items that have been cancelled. Our liability in such cases is limited to the amount actually paid for the cancelled items and does not extend to indirect losses, lost opportunities or expectations of future discounts.
4.5 Region specific availability or restrictions
Certain products, collections or offers may be available only in particular countries, regions or jurisdictions due to:
- Supplier licensing or distribution agreements.
- Import, export or customs restrictions.
- Product safety, labelling or certification requirements.
- Logistics limitations or carrier coverage.
- Local laws governing the sale of specific categories of goods.
Rudrr.com may therefore:
- Restrict access to certain products or collections based on your IP address or shipping destination.
- Decline to process orders for items that cannot legally or logistically be shipped to your location.
- Apply different pricing, shipping options or taxes depending on the destination country.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any product you order complies with the laws and regulations of your country or region, including any restrictions on import, use or resale. We are not responsible for orders that are seized, rejected or delayed by customs or other authorities due to local regulations, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly set out in our Shipping Policy or Refund & Return Policy.
5. Orders, Acceptance and Cancellations
This section explains how orders are placed and processed on Rudrr.com, when an order is considered accepted, in what circumstances we may decline or cancel an order, and how you can request changes or cancellations. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below in addition to the other provisions of these Terms of Service.
5.1 Placing an order as an offer to purchase
When you submit an order through the checkout on Rudrr.com, you are making a formal offer to purchase the products listed in your cart for the total amount shown, including any applicable shipping charges, taxes and fees. Your order is not a binding contract until it has been accepted by Rudrr.com in accordance with these Terms.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and edit all details, including:
- The products selected, including size, colour, quantity and variation where applicable.
- The shipping address and contact details.
- The selected shipping method and estimated delivery timeframe.
- The total price, including shipping charges and any applicable taxes.
By clicking the button to place your order, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- You understand that the order will be processed in accordance with these Terms of Service and our Shipping and Refund policies.
5.2 Order review and confirmation
After you submit an order, the system will normally generate an order acknowledgement or confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order request. It does not mean that your order has been accepted or that a contract has been formed.
Acceptance of your order takes place only when:
- Your payment has been successfully authorised or captured, and
- We or our third party supplier have confirmed that the relevant items can be processed for shipment.
In some cases, we may contact you to verify certain order details, such as shipping address, product selection or payment information, before the order is confirmed. If we are unable to contact you using the details provided, this may delay processing or result in cancellation of the order.
5.3 Right to accept, reject or cancel orders
Rudrr.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order placed through the website. We may also cancel an order after acceptance in certain circumstances, for example where:
- The product is out of stock or otherwise unavailable for fulfilment within a reasonable timeframe.
- There has been an error in pricing, promotions or product information.
- Your payment cannot be authorised or is later reversed or disputed.
- We suspect fraudulent activity, misuse or breach of these Terms of Service.
- Shipping to your address is not possible due to logistics, legal or customs restrictions.
If we decline or cancel an order after payment has been made, we will normally:
- Notify you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout, and
- Issue a refund for any amounts charged for the cancelled items, using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Our liability to you in such circumstances is limited to refunding the amount paid for the cancelled items, subject to applicable laws and the Limitation of Liability section of these Terms.
5.4 Fraud checks, address verification and suspected misuse
To protect our customers, suppliers and business, Rudrr.com may conduct internal or third party checks on orders that appear unusual or high risk. These checks can include:
- Verification of billing and shipping address information.
- Confirmation that the payment method belongs to the person placing the order.
- Review of previous order history associated with the same account, email address, payment method, device or IP address.
We may, at our discretion:
- Request additional information or documentation from you to verify your identity or address.
- Refuse to process an order until verification has been completed.
- Cancel an order where we reasonably believe there is a risk of fraud, unauthorised use of a payment method or violation of these Terms.
Rudrr.com is not required to disclose the specific details of its fraud detection or risk scoring processes. However, you may contact us at support@rudrr.com if you believe an order was incorrectly flagged or cancelled, and we will review the matter in good faith.
5.5 Order changes and cancellation requests
Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible with the relevant third party supplier. For this reason, it may not always be possible to change or cancel an order after submission.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, you should contact us immediately at support@rudrr.com and provide:
- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- A clear description of the change or cancellation requested.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request if the order has not yet entered the fulfilment process or been handed over to the carrier. However.
- We do not guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is submitted.
- Once an order is in fulfilment or shipped, it will be treated as a regular purchase and any returns or exchanges will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
In some cases, fees may apply for late changes or cancellations, particularly where a supplier has already incurred costs in preparing the order.
5.6 Resale, export and non commercial use representation
By placing an order through Rudrr.com, you represent and warrant that:
- You are purchasing products for your own personal, household or gifting use.
- You are not purchasing products for commercial resale, distribution or export as part of a business, unless you have obtained our prior written consent.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the import, use and resale of the products in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit or decline orders that appear to be bulk purchases, frequent repeat purchases of the same item or other patterns typical of resellers or distributors.
- Cancel any order that we reasonably believe is intended for unauthorised resale or export.
Any unauthorised resale of products purchased from Rudrr.com may void any applicable manufacturer warranties and may also lead to suspension or termination of your account and refusal of future service.
6. Pricing, Currency, Taxes and Billing
This section explains how prices are displayed on Rudrr.com, which currencies may be used, how taxes and additional charges may apply, and the conditions under which we accept and process payments. By placing an order you agree to the pricing and billing practices described in this section, in addition to the other provisions of these Terms of Service.
6.1 Pricing, discounts and promotions
All prices displayed for products and services on Rudrr.com are intended to be accurate at the time they are shown. However, you acknowledge that pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Prices may be adjusted for a variety of reasons, including supplier pricing changes, currency fluctuations, promotional campaigns, or internal business decisions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Prices refer to a single unit of the product and do not include shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, customs duties or import fees.
- Any "compare at", "regular price" or "original price" displayed is indicative of the price at which the product has been offered in the recent past or the manufacturer recommended retail price, where available.
- Displayed discount percentages or savings values are calculated based on the difference between the current selling price and the relevant reference price.
From time to time we may offer promotional codes, limited time offers, bundle deals, loyalty discounts, seasonal sales or other incentives. Each promotion may be subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, usage limits and expiry dates. If there is a conflict between the general Terms of Service and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms will usually apply to that promotion.
We reserve the right to.
- Modify or withdraw any promotion without notice.
- Limit the number of times a promotion or discount code can be used per customer, per household or per account.
- Refuse to honour a promotion where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud or violation of the promotion rules.
6.2 Currency used on the site
The default display currency on Rudrr.com may vary depending on your location, browser settings or the configuration of the website. The currency in which you are charged at checkout will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order.
You acknowledge and agree that.
- If your payment card or financial account is denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may convert the charge into your local currency using its own exchange rate and may apply conversion or international transaction fees.
- Rudrr.com is not responsible for any currency conversion differences, foreign exchange losses or additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
- The approximate value shown in alternative currencies, if any, is provided for convenience only and may not match the exact amount ultimately charged by your bank.
You should consult your bank or payment provider for information on their exchange rates, fees and any other charges that may apply when you make international or multi currency purchases.
6.3 Taxes, shipping fees, customs and import charges exclusion
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, prices shown on product pages do not include.
- Sales tax, value added tax (VAT) or goods and services tax (GST) that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- Shipping and handling fees, which are calculated and displayed separately at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method and the products ordered.
- Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance fees that may be charged by your country customs authorities or logistics providers when your order enters the destination country.
At checkout we will usually display.
- The price of each product.
- Any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST that we are required to collect and remit, based on your shipping address and applicable laws.
- Shipping and handling fees for the delivery method selected.
You are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges imposed by authorities or carriers in the destination country, unless we explicitly state that such charges are included in the price or that we will cover them. If you refuse to pay such charges, or if a shipment is returned or destroyed as a result of unpaid customs or import fees, any refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, and may be reduced to reflect costs incurred by us or our suppliers.
6.4 Payment methods and authorization
Rudrr.com accepts various payment methods as offered through Shopify and its integrated payment processors. These may include, without limitation:
- Major credit and debit cards.
- Selected digital wallets or payment services, such as those shown at checkout.
- Other region specific payment options that may be made available from time to time.
By submitting your payment information you represent and warrant that.
- You are legally authorised to use the payment method provided.
- The payment information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
- You authorise Rudrr.com, Shopify and the relevant payment processor to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order, including product prices, shipping fees, taxes and any other applicable charges shown at checkout.
In some cases we may perform a pre authorisation on your payment method to verify that sufficient funds or credit are available. Depending on your bank or payment provider this pre authorisation may appear as a pending charge that is later adjusted to reflect the final amount of your order, or released if the order is not accepted.
We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers. Payment card information is typically processed and stored securely by third party payment processors in accordance with industry standards. For more information please see our Privacy Policy.
6.5 Accuracy of billing and payment information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information whenever you make a purchase on Rudrr.com, and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes.
- Your full name and billing address.
- Your email address and contact phone number.
- Payment card numbers and expiry dates, where applicable.
- Any additional information required by your payment provider to authorise and complete the transaction.
If you provide billing or payment information that is incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent with information held by your bank, the transaction may be declined or delayed. Rudrr.com is not responsible for any loss, delay or additional bank charges that arise due to inaccurate information supplied by you.
We reserve the right to.
- Refuse any order where billing information cannot be verified.
- Request additional information to confirm ownership of the payment method, such as verification codes, identification documents or confirmation from the bank.
- Cancel or suspend orders or accounts where repeated payment failures or inconsistencies suggest possible fraud or misuse.
6.6 Failed payments, chargebacks and account consequences
A payment may fail or be reversed for several reasons, including insufficient funds, credit limits, bank security policies, expired cards, incorrect details or disputes raised with your bank or payment provider. When a payment fails, is reversed or is charged back after an order has been processed, the following may apply.
- If payment is declined before the order is accepted, the order will normally not be processed, and we have no obligation to ship any products until a valid payment has been received.
- If payment is reversed or charged back after shipment, we may treat the outstanding amount as a debt owed by you to Rudrr.com and seek reimbursement, subject to applicable law.
- We may suspend or terminate your account and refuse future orders until all outstanding amounts have been settled.
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank or payment provider (a chargeback) without first contacting us to attempt to resolve the issue, this may be treated as a potential misuse of the dispute process, especially where the goods have been delivered in accordance with these Terms and our policies.
To the extent permitted by law, Rudrr.com reserves the right to.
- Contest any unjustified chargeback by providing evidence of the transaction, shipment and communications with you.
- Recover from you any fees, penalties or costs incurred as a result of chargebacks that are ultimately resolved in our favour.
- Limit, suspend or permanently close accounts that are associated with repeated chargebacks, payment disputes or suspected abuse.
If you believe there is an error with a charge or you have concerns about a payment, you should contact us promptly at support@rudrr.com so that we can review and, where appropriate, resolve the issue in line with these Terms of Service and our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Risk of Loss
This section explains how shipping and delivery operate when you place an order on Rudrr.com. Because we use a drop shipping fulfilment model, delivery timelines and conditions depend on third party suppliers and independent carriers. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping practices and risk allocation described below.
7.1 Drop-shipping fulfilment and third party carriers
Rudrr.com works with independent third party suppliers to fulfil and ship orders. Once your order has been processed, the supplier responsible for fulfilment will package your item and hand it over to a third party shipping carrier. Carriers may vary depending on the supplier’s location, shipping option selected and destination country.
You acknowledge that.
- Suppliers may ship from different warehouses or countries, so items in one order may arrive separately.
- Tracking information may come directly from the supplier or the carrier, and formats may differ.
- The carrier is responsible for the physical transportation of goods once they have been dispatched.
More details on fulfilment practices are explained in our Shipping Policy.
7.2 Estimated delivery windows. no guarantee of specific date
Delivery timeframes shown on Rudrr.com are estimates only. Factors such as supplier processing time, carrier operations, customs clearance and local delivery conditions can influence actual delivery timing.
You agree that.
- Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Delivery timelines may vary across different items in the same order.
- Your order may arrive earlier or later than the estimated range based on conditions beyond our direct control.
We do not provide compensation or refunds solely because an order arrives later than the estimated delivery timeframe, except as required by law or explicitly stated in our Refund and Return Policy.
7.3 Shipping delays, force majeure and circumstances beyond control
Shipping and delivery may be affected by circumstances that are outside the reasonable control of Rudrr.com or our suppliers. These may include, for example:
- Severe weather or natural disasters.
- Political or regional disruptions.
- Customs delays or inspections.
- Public holidays in the supplier or destination region.
- Carrier network disruptions, strikes or operational delays.
- Pandemics, lockdowns or public health emergencies.
In such situations, delays do not constitute a breach of contract and Rudrr.com is not responsible for losses caused by delayed delivery. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist you with tracking updates and communication with the carrier or supplier.
7.4 Transfer of title and risk of loss when handed to carrier
Once a product ordered through Rudrr.com is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership rights and the risk of loss or damage transfer to you, unless your local laws specify otherwise. This means that the carrier becomes responsible for transport, handling and delivery of the package to your address.
You agree that.
- Rudrr.com is not liable for loss, theft or damage that occurs after the carrier has accepted the package.
- Claims for shipping related issues must be submitted through the carrier’s investigation process.
- We will assist you with carrier claims wherever possible, but we do not control the carrier’s final decision.
7.5 Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by customer
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses due to information provided by you cannot be refunded until the package is returned to the supplier, if the carrier returns it at all.
You acknowledge that.
- If an incorrect address results in return to sender, reshipment fees may apply.
- If a package is delivered to an incorrect address provided by you, we are not responsible for recovery, replacement or refund.
- Changes to an address after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed, particularly once the supplier has begun fulfilment.
If you realise there is an error in your shipping information, you must contact us immediately at support@rudrr.com.
7.6 Lost or stolen packages and carrier investigations
If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, the issue must be investigated with the carrier. Rudrr.com will assist by initiating or guiding you through the investigation process, but the outcome is determined by the carrier.
In cases of potential loss or theft:
- You may be required to check with neighbours, building staff or household members.
- You may be asked to confirm delivery details or provide documentation for the carrier investigation.
- The carrier may take several business days to complete their investigation.
You agree that Rudrr.com.

- Is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received.
- May, at its discretion, offer a resolution on a case by case basis, depending on the outcome of the investigation and supplier policies.

8. International Orders, Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
Rudrr.com works with customers and suppliers located in multiple countries. This section explains how international orders are handled, including your responsibility for customs duties and local taxes, how customs clearance can affect delivery times, and your obligations under import and export laws. By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
8.1 Responsibility for customs, duties and local taxes
Products purchased on Rudrr.com may be shipped from outside your country or customs zone. When goods cross international borders, local authorities may apply customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or brokerage charges. These amounts are determined and collected by the relevant government agencies or their authorised intermediaries, not by Rudrr.com.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
- Prices shown on the website do not include customs duties, import taxes or any additional local charges imposed by customs or carriers.
- You are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or similar charges that apply to your order when it reaches the destination country.
- Your local customs authority or the carrier may contact you directly to collect such charges before releasing the shipment for final delivery.
If you are unsure about the potential customs duties or taxes applicable to your order, you should contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order. Rudrr.com is not responsible for providing estimates of customs or import charges and cannot refund such charges if they are levied by local authorities.
8.2 Customs clearance delays and inspections
International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Customs authorities have the right to inspect, hold or open packages for security, tax or regulatory reasons. These procedures can cause delays that are beyond the control of Rudrr.com, our suppliers or the shipping carriers.
You acknowledge that.
- Estimated delivery timelines provided on the website do not include additional time that may be required for customs inspections or clearance.
- Customs authorities may, in some cases, require additional information from you, such as identification documents, invoices or other documentation, before releasing the shipment.
- Delays caused by customs processing do not constitute a breach of contract by Rudrr.com, and do not on their own entitle you to a refund or compensation, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in our policies.
Rudrr.com will make reasonable efforts to assist you in understanding the status of a shipment that is held at customs. However, we do not control customs decisions, clearance times or inspection procedures, and we cannot expedite customs processing or guarantee a particular outcome.
8.3 Refusal of delivery, unclaimed parcels and return handling
If customs duties, import taxes or other charges are due, you may be contacted by customs or the carrier and asked to pay these amounts before delivery. If you refuse to pay such charges, or fail to respond to notices from customs or the carrier, your parcel may be treated as unclaimed and may be returned, redirected or destroyed in accordance with local regulations.
You agree that.
- If you refuse delivery solely because of customs duties, taxes or other local charges, Rudrr.com is not obligated to provide a full refund.
- Any refund for a refused or unclaimed international package will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and may be reduced to reflect shipping costs, return costs, customs handling charges and any other fees incurred by us or our suppliers.
- If the parcel is destroyed or not returned to the sender due to local regulations, we may not be able to offer any refund at all, unless required by applicable law.
It is your responsibility to track your order using the information provided, to monitor communications from the carrier and customs authorities, and to ensure that the parcel can be successfully delivered to the address you have provided.
8.4 Compliance with import and export laws
When you place an order on Rudrr.com, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you purchase may be lawfully imported into your country or region. Different jurisdictions have specific rules that may restrict or regulate the import, use, resale or disposal of certain categories of goods.
Without limitation.
- You must comply with all applicable import laws, regulations and requirements in your jurisdiction.
- You must not purchase items that are prohibited or restricted in your country, including, where applicable, items related to health, safety, dual use technologies or regulated consumer products.
- You must comply with any export control laws and regulations that apply in the country from which the goods are exported, including sanctions and embargoes where relevant.
By completing an order, you represent and warrant that.
- You are not located in a country that is subject to comprehensive trade sanctions that would prohibit the receipt of the ordered goods.
- You are not listed on any applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You will not use, resell or ship the products in a manner that violates applicable export control or sanctions laws.
If an order is cancelled or seized because it violates import or export restrictions, Rudrr.com may not be able to provide a refund, except as may be required by law. You are encouraged to review the laws that apply in your country before placing an international order, especially for specialised or regulated products.

- All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals and components must be included.

Items that show signs of wear, misuse, modification or damage caused by the customer may not qualify for a refund or may be eligible only for a partial refund at our discretion.

9.4 Return shipping costs and responsibility
Unless the return is due to a verified defect or an incorrect item shipped by our supplier, customers are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping. Because we work with suppliers in multiple countries, return shipping addresses and costs may vary depending on the origin of the product.
You agree that.
- You must follow the exact return instructions provided by our support team, including labels and addresses.
- You are responsible for ensuring that the return package is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Rudrr.com is not responsible for lost return shipments.
If a product is incorrectly returned to an unauthorised address or without following the provided procedure, processing may be delayed or the refund may not be issued.
9.5 Refund method, processing time and partial refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by the supplier or authorised warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment whenever possible.
You acknowledge that.
- Refunds typically take several business days to reflect on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees, customs charges and import taxes are normally non refundable, except where required by law.
- Partial refunds may apply for items that are returned used, incomplete, damaged or outside the return window.
- If store credit or discount codes were used on the original purchase, the refunded value may be reduced accordingly.
Refund timing may vary for international orders because returns must be inspected by overseas suppliers before final approval.
9.6 Defective, damaged or incorrect items on arrival (DOA)
If an item arrives defective, damaged or significantly different from the product description, you must notify us within the timeframe specified in the Refund and Return Policy. This allows us to verify the issue and communicate promptly with the supplier.
To process such a claim.

In such cases, the limitations and exclusions in this section will apply only to the extent permitted by the laws of that jurisdiction.
Without limiting the generality of the above.

- If any particular limitation or exclusion in this section is held invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, such limitation or exclusion shall be modified or deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
In all cases, Rudrr.com intends that its liability shall be limited and excluded to the maximum extent allowed by the governing law described in the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution section of these Terms of Service.

Rudrr.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to assume control of:
- The defence of any claim requiring indemnification, and
- The negotiation, settlement or resolution of such claim.
If we choose to do so:
- We may appoint legal counsel of our choosing, at your expense.
- You may not settle any claim without our prior written consent.
- No settlement may impose non-monetary obligations on Rudrr.com without our explicit approval.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly when an indemnifiable claim arises. However, our failure to notify you immediately does not relieve your indemnification obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by the delay.

- Provide relevant documents, records and evidence necessary for the defence.

20. Termination and Suspension
This section explains when and how Rudrr.com may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services, what happens to existing obligations if that occurs, and which provisions of these Terms of Service continue to apply after termination. By using the website, you acknowledge and agree that Rudrr.com may act to protect its platform, users, suppliers and business interests as described below.
20.1 Right to suspend or terminate accounts or access
Rudrr.com reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:
- Temporarily suspend your account or access to some or all parts of the website.
- Impose restrictions on your ability to place orders or use specific features.
- Permanently terminate your account and block your access to the Services.
Such actions may be taken with or without prior notice, depending on the urgency and seriousness of the situation. Suspension or termination may apply to:
- Your individual customer profile.
- Specific payment methods associated with repeated issues.
- Devices, IP addresses or other identifiers linked to harmful activity.
Rudrr.com is not required to provide a detailed explanation for every suspension or termination decision, although we may choose to communicate reasons where appropriate.
20.2 Grounds for termination . breach, abuse, fraud, etc
Without limiting other rights described in these Terms, your account or access may be suspended or terminated for reasons that include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of Terms. Any material or repeated violation of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy or any other posted policy.
- Fraudulent activity. Suspected or confirmed fraud, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, identity theft or use of stolen financial information.
- Abuse or harassment. Abusive, threatening or harmful behaviour towards customer support staff, other customers, suppliers or any third party connected with our Services.
- Security risks. Attempts to hack, probe or disrupt the website, interfere with security measures or gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
- Misuse of promotions. Creation of multiple accounts or manipulation of discounts, offers or loyalty benefits in a manner inconsistent with their intended use.
- Resale or commercial exploitation. Using the site primarily for unauthorised reselling, bulk purchasing or other commercial purposes without written permission.
- Illegal or prohibited use. Using the Services in a way that violates applicable laws, infringes third party rights or exposes Rudrr.com or Shopify to legal risk.
Rudrr.com may also terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period or associated with previous suspensions, provided such actions comply with applicable law and our data retention policies.
20.3 Effect of termination on existing obligations
Termination or suspension of your account does not cancel or nullify obligations that arose prior to the effective date of termination. In particular:
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred and amounts owed up to and including the date of termination.
- Any valid payment obligations in connection with orders already placed remain enforceable.
- Any rights that Rudrr.com has in relation to prior breaches or outstanding disputes remain in effect.
Depending on the reason for suspension or termination:
- Pending orders may proceed, be cancelled or be partially fulfilled at our discretion, especially where fraud or abuse is suspected.
- Refunds, if any, will be processed in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
- We may retain certain information and records about your account as required or permitted by law, even after termination.
Termination simply ends your right to use the Services on a going forward basis. It does not unwind or reverse transactions that have already been lawfully completed, except where we choose to do so or are required to do so by law.
20.4 Surviving provisions after termination
Certain provisions of these Terms are intended to continue to apply even after your account has been terminated or your access to the Services has ended. Unless otherwise specified or prohibited by law, the following sections will typically survive termination:
- Intellectual Property Rights . including ownership of content, trademarks and limitations on use.
- Pricing, Billing and Payment Obligations . including any outstanding amounts owed.
- Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties.
- Indemnification obligations for claims arising from your conduct while you used the Services.
- Privacy, Data Protection and Cookies . including our rights and obligations regarding data retention.
- Governing Law, Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction provisions, if specified elsewhere in these Terms.
- Any other terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination, such as severability and entire agreement clauses.
These surviving provisions ensure that rights, responsibilities and protections created during your use of the Services continue to operate even after your account or access is closed.
21. Severability
This section explains what happens if any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or other competent authority. The intent is to ensure that the remaining provisions of the Terms continue to apply in full, even if a specific clause cannot be enforced.
21.1 If any provision is invalid, others remain in effect
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable under applicable law.
- That provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, or.
- Where enforcement is not possible, that specific provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability.
In either case, the determination of invalidity or unenforceability of one provision.
- Will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms, and.
- Will not invalidate the agreement as a whole.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and shall be construed so as to best reflect the original intent of the parties, consistent with applicable law. Where necessary, a provision that is held invalid or unenforceable may be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original economic and legal intent of Rudrr.com and you as the user.
22. Waiver and Entire Agreement
This section clarifies how Rudrr.com interprets its rights under these Terms and confirms that these Terms of Service constitute the complete and final agreement between you and Rudrr.com. By using the Services, you acknowledge that no additional promises or agreements exist outside of what is written here or explicitly referenced.
22.1 No waiver implied by failure to enforce
If Rudrr.com fails, delays, or chooses not to enforce any right or provision under these Terms of Service, such inaction:
- Shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right or provision;
- Does not prevent us from enforcing such right or provision at a later time;
- Does not waive the right to enforce any other right or provision in these Terms;
- Shall not be considered consent to any breach or misconduct by you or any other user.
A waiver by Rudrr.com of any specific breach or violation must be:
- Explicit,
- In writing, and
- Issued by an authorised representative of Rudrr.com.
Only waivers meeting these conditions are considered valid and enforceable.

- Privacy Policy,
- Refund and Return Policy,
- Shipping Policy,

- Any supplemental terms provided for promotions, features or tools,
collectively form the entire, final and exclusive agreement between you and Rudrr.com regarding your use of the website and Services.
This means that:
- No prior or contemporaneous communications—whether verbal, written, emailed, or implied—supersede or modify these Terms.
- No external statements, advertisements, emails or conversations create additional binding obligations unless formally included in these Terms.
- Any ambiguities in interpreting these Terms shall not be construed against Rudrr.com as the drafting party.
By continuing to use Rudrr.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the entirety of this agreement.
23. Assignment

without obtaining prior written consent from an authorised representative of Rudrr.com.
Any attempt to assign or transfer your rights or obligations:
- Without our written consent,
- Through operation of law, merger, insolvency or otherwise,
shall be deemed null and void and will not be recognised by Rudrr.com.
This restriction helps protect the platform from fraud, misuse, resale schemes or unauthorised commercial exploitation of customer accounts or website resources.
23.2 Our right to assign, transfer or delegate
Rudrr.com reserves the unrestricted right to:
- Assign any or all of our rights under these Terms,

- Service providers and subcontractors,
- Payment processors,
- Logistics partners and drop-shipping suppliers,
- Affiliated business entities or successors in interest,
- Third parties involved in corporate restructuring, mergers or acquisitions.
We may exercise these rights:
- With or without notice to you,
- Without requiring your consent,
- At any time we deem necessary to operate, expand or transfer our business.
Any assignment made by Rudrr.com will not materially limit your rights under these Terms, unless legally unavoidable. Continued use of the Services after such assignment constitutes your agreement to the new responsible party.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This section outlines the legal framework that governs your relationship with Rudrr.com, including the laws that apply, where disputes will be resolved, and how consumer protection rights are preserved. By using the Services, you agree to comply with the governing law and dispute-resolution mechanisms described below.

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of:
- India (country of headquarters), and

You agree that the governing law applies regardless of:
- Your country or state of residence,
- The location from which you access the website, or
- Where any order is shipped or fulfilled from.
The selected governing law ensures consistent application of legal rules across all customer interactions.

By using the Services, you also consent to:
- The personal jurisdiction of these courts,
- The venue being appropriate and convenient, and

Rudrr.com may, at its sole discretion, require arbitration as the primary dispute-resolution method where permitted by law. If arbitration is required:
- It shall be conducted by a recognised arbitration body in India.
- Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section prevents Rudrr.com from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is appropriate.
24.3 Consumer law rights preservation where required
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, restrict or override any rights you may have under:
- Mandatory consumer protection laws,
- E-commerce regulations,
- Data protection laws, or
- Any statutory warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
If the laws of your jurisdiction grant you non-waivable consumer or statutory rights, those rights will apply in addition to the rights specified in these Terms.
In cases where a specific part of this section conflicts with mandatory local consumer law:
- That conflicting section shall be modified or interpreted to comply with such law, and
- The remainder of these Terms shall continue to apply in full force and effect.
Rudrr.com aims to comply with applicable legal frameworks while ensuring consistency and fairness in dispute resolution.
